Consumer Rights

Practices contrary to honest uses in economic activity are classified as unfair competition.
This concept includes acts of deception or making the consumer believe that the product has characteristics other than the real ones. It also includes acts of denigration or the dissemination of false information about the products or services of competitors and/or subjective comparative advertising. It also includes acts of confusion or seeking to resemble a competitor so that the consumer acquires those products and not those he is looking for. Likewise, it includes the undue exploitation of the reputation of others with the purpose of unduly diverting the clientele
